7 Habits

• When you begin with the end in mind, you gain a different perspective. One man asked another on the death of a mutual friend, "How much did he leave?" His friend responded, "He left it all."

It's gettin' hot in here...

Although today is not as bad as yesterday, based solely on how I feel when outside. Yesterday I developed a wicked headache in the afternoon. I laid down as soon as I got home and proceeded to sleep for the next 12 hours. Felt much better when I got up this morning. Suffice to say, when people ask me why I got a Jeep with air conditioning, "June 27, 2007" will be my answer.

Oh, and this morning's weigh-in puts me at 304 lbs. 66 lbs lost and only 4 more to go until goal number 2. Goal 1 was under 350 so I could get an accurate weight on the gym scale.

So, I've got that going for me.
