As you walk from one place to another, say "thank you" with every step. Begin each day with the words "thank you", and make your last thought at night one of giving thanks for the day. Be grateful under all circumstances, no matter what is happening around you. Just thirty days of saturating yourself with gratitude will change your life beyond your comprehension. When you radiate and live gratitude, you press the ON switch to the Universe and it will deliver all good to you, matching the intensity of your gratitude. Bring it on, Universe! Thank you! • You actions are your powerful thoughts, so if you do not treat yourself with love and respect, you are emitting a signal that is saying you are not important enough, worthy enough, or deserving. That signal will continue to be broadcasst, and you will experience more situations of people not treating you well. The people are just the effect. Your thoughts are the cause. You must begin to treat yourself with love and respect, and emit that signal and get on that frequency. Then the law of attraction will move the entire Universe, and your life will be full of people who love and respect you.

Or why a person who says, "I am really lucky, I win things all the time," wins one thing after another, all the time. These people expect it.
