You can give money in order to bring more of it into your life, but you must feel good when you give it. When you are generous with money and feel good about sharing it, you are emitting a frequency that says, "I have plenty." That frequency is matched by the law of attraction, and you will have plenty of money. If you don't feel good about giving money away, your feelings are telling you that you are holding "lack of money or not enough" in your consciousness. To shift yourself on the subject of money, begin by imagining giving money away. As you imagine giving money away in all kinds of situations and feel the feelings of that as though it is real, in a very short time you will begin to feel so much better about money. Through your imagination, you will also experience the true joy of giving.
