macdobhran: Whoop Ass (Workout-Bicep)

I made it into the gym this morning. 30 minutes on the bike and a heavy chest workout. Even though I haven't been there for over two weeks, I pushed myself pretty hard. At least it felt like it at the time, I'm not as sore as I think I should be right now. I may have to change up the machines I'm using.

Several people over the weekend made comments regarding my weight loss. My clothes are telling me that I've lost and I'm on the last hole in my belt, but when I look in the mirror I still can't really tell. But hearing other people (i.e. hawt babes!) tell you that you are looking good and they can see the results is just FREAKIN' AWESOME!

So here I am, newly inspired. And for those of you playing our home game: This morning's pre-workout weight = 329 lbs. That's 41 lbs lost so far! Go me.

EDITED: I forgot to mention that I (sorta) met my first goal this weekend. I wanted to be able to wear my suit, my only suit, for our anniversary dinner. Well, it didn't fit perfectly but it did fit.

I meant to tell you that your face looked thinner at CRF. Yes, even with the facial hair (thank you!), I can still tell.

Good for you for getting back on the horse stationary bike!

Yes, the facial hair is back. I think I'm going to keep the beard for a while at least. I look around (especially at the other IT guys at work) and everyone has a goatee.
