My supervisor's boss has a new 4WD Ford picup and an older Jeep that's set up for offroading. Aftermarket shocks, 36-inch tires, a winch; you know the drill. Today he drove the Jeep to work.

And parked it on top of a three-foot mound of snow.

Well, when you can...

My poor Jeepie was fishtailing all over when I tried to make a turn yesterday IN the snow--luckily no one else was a crazy as I was to be out on that road at that moment.

Swing left...swing right...say screw it and just let the vehicle get itself into my street and off the main one. REMEMBER to throw it into 4wd and crawl the last block home on the unplowed street.

Will talk to dealer about tires, back shocks, and the 4wd when I get back to them.

My last Toyota, with 3" lift and 33's under it. Parked on top of any mound of snow I could find, the steeper the better.

With that kind of vehicle, you make your own parking spaces.

we used to have a vendor who had a company hummer. after a hyuoooge snowstorm in ('96?) he ostentatiously parked on top of a enormous snow mound in front of our office. Where it got *stuck*. Heee Hee.
