It's gettin' hot in here...

Although today is not as bad as yesterday, based solely on how I feel when outside. Yesterday I developed a wicked headache in the afternoon. I laid down as soon as I got home and proceeded to sleep for the next 12 hours. Felt much better when I got up this morning. Suffice to say, when people ask me why I got a Jeep with air conditioning, "June 27, 2007" will be my answer.

Oh, and this morning's weigh-in puts me at 304 lbs. 66 lbs lost and only 4 more to go until goal number 2. Goal 1 was under 350 so I could get an accurate weight on the gym scale.

So, I've got that going for me.
